Shopping in-person vs. online

Shopping in-person vs. online

Madelyn Bittle, reporter

Do you really want to shop online? Let’s find out.

If you shop online, there are some ups and downs, such as not getting what you ordered or getting the wrong thing. Some other things that can go wrong are that they can give you stuff that goes spoils tomorrow (if you’re ordering groceries), and you won’t know until it is too late. Some of the good things about shopping online are that you don’t have to socially interact with anybody, and you are less likely to get sick from a bacteria that somebody may be carrying.

With in-person shopping, you handpick what you are getting, and you make sure any groceries aren’t going to go bad the next day, but you do have to socially interact with people and risk getting exposed to different viruses.
